  • Colin Ellis MAPTT, MBIH, MBTFTAHe is not just a Life Coach/Success Coach
  • He is not just a psychotherapist
  • He is not just a Hypnotherapist
  • He is a mind coach - with more therapeutic tools than any psychotherapist in the North East.

He didn’t want to call himself a ‘trainer’, because that is far too narrow. To a certain extent, the term ‘Coach’ is also too narrow, but it is closer. ‘Consultant’ seemed too high-brow for some of his clients, although you may hear that term used about Colin in another context.

The term ‘Therapist’ might seem the obvious choice, but Colin felt that although he does use a lot of therapeutic techniques with clients, they are often not what clients would expect of ‘therapy’. Whereas a ‘therapy’ is often applied to a patient – something the therapist does to you – Colin’s methods are all applied by the client. Colin is a ‘facilitator’ of change, so helps you make the changes.

Although people do not mind saying they are going to see an Aromatherapist, it is quite different to seeing a 'therapist' for mind stuff, especially in the North East of England.

However, unlike a sports coach, or relationship coach, etc., The Self Improvement Coach will not show you HOW TO perform a particular task, but will show you HOW TO demolish your demons at all levels so you can perform better.

The coaching & therapies practiced have benefited people by dissolving their blocks to greater self esteem, confidence, relaxation, assertiveness, and enhanced their performance at work and in social occasions.

Get in touch so you can discuss the possibilities.
