I hope you are having a wonderful time during this festive season.

For some people it has been a reminder of just how low they feel; finding it hard to muster a smile in the midst of their anxieties, worries, negative minds and emotional sensitivity.

My heart-felt best wishes go to you if you are one of these people.  I've been there and I know how hard it is.

I'm looking forward to 2010 because I know I'll be facilitating people's recovery from complex issues so they too can enjoy life!
